International
shipping.
Luriax ships globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150, or the local equivalent shown at checkout. Express delivery is available in most destinations.

Delivery windows are in business days and begin once your order ships. Customs clearance can extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
All international orders are sent Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so nothing further is due for duties or taxes when your order arrives. Some carriers charge their own handling or brokerage fee on import, which is separate from duties and taxes and outside our control.
Exceptions: we do not collect duties and taxes for orders to Andorra, Kazakhstan, Moldova or Türkiye. Any charges are payable on delivery.
If an international order goes unclaimed, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to resolve, unclaimed orders cannot be refunded or returned.
Every order
ships carbon-neutral.
For every shipment, we calculate the estimated carbon emissions and direct a portion of revenue to vetted carbon removal companies, verified by scientists at Carbon Direct. Whatever our deliveries create, they remove. No offsets, no approximations; actual removal.
Everything else.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it the whole way.
Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Any additional charges from incorrect addresses are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is lost due to address issues, we'll work with you to find a resolution, though we can't guarantee a replacement or refund.
All products are insured up to the value of your purchase. In cases of loss or damage in transit, Luriax will replace the item or offer store credit. Note that we're not responsible for parcels lost after confirmed delivery, if that happens, contact your local post office.
Please ensure your delivery location is secure. All packages are insured, but theft after delivery is not covered. If your package is stolen, file a claim with your homeowner's or renter's insurance and report it to the police.
