Alcantara® Care
Caring for
what you carry.
Alcantara® is stain-resistant by design. Most of the time, a damp cloth is all it takes.
It doesn't ask much of you.
Italian-engineered to resist daily life — oils, dust, the occasional drop of coffee. The material holds up. A little attention keeps it looking exactly as it should.
Every few weeks, a damp cloth on the edges. If you notice any buildup, an alcohol pad clears it — especially along the edges where it's most likely to appear.
Three steps.
Rarely more.
Under normal use, this is all it takes. Consistent and light — the material does the rest.
-
Remove dust
A soft brush or dry cloth. Brief passes over the surface — no pressure needed.
-
Wipe gently
A clean, slightly damp lint-free cloth. Work lightly across the surface. Damp — not wet. Avoid excess moisture near the edges and camera cutout.
-
Air dry
Set it aside and let it dry naturally before use. No heat, no rushing.
About the edges.
Completely normal With regular use, the edges of your case can collect natural oils from your hands and pocket. This is not damage — it's just daily life on a material that's in constant contact with your skin. A slightly damp cloth handles it easily. For more stubborn buildup, an alcohol pad along the edges clears it without affecting the surface. A quick wipe every few weeks keeps it at bay entirely.

-

Once fully dry, a soft bristle brush revives the finish and original feel.

The rules.
- Cloth, not product Never apply anything directly to the Alcantara®. Always use a cloth as the intermediary.
- Outside in Work from the outer edge of a stain toward the center. Never the reverse.
- White cloth only Colored or printed cloths can transfer dye. Use white.
A few things that matter.
- No excessive rubbing. Patience over pressure — friction can alter the texture permanently.
- No steam, no high heat. Air dry only. The material holds up to daily life; it doesn't need help from a dryer.
- Never apply solutions directly to the material. A cloth as intermediary — always.
- White or undyed cloths only. Color transfer is preventable and entirely avoidable.
Italian-engineered. Stain-resistant. Carbon-neutral certified. Alcantara® is built to outlast the trends — and with a little care, it will.
