Alcantara's soft texture, carbon-neutral and vegan properties perfectly aligned with our mission for sustainability and our love of nature. This eureka moment led us to choose Alcantara for our products.

It does not get dirty easily, and when it does, it can typically be cleaned with simple methods. To clean Alcantara, you can follow these steps:
- Gentle Brushing: Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove any loose dirt or debris.
- Damp Cloth: Wipe the surface with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid soaking the material.

Protection
Yes, we offer a 6-month general warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship faults only. Please note that it does not cover any damage or distortion that may occur due to misuse of the product, or neglect in caring for the Alcantara appropriately.
Yes, our handmade protective phone cases are crafted with shock-absorbing technology and materials that protect your phone against drops. The case features raised peripheral edges to protect the screen and a frame that is higher than the camera lens to offer additional protection. Every corner of the case is protected, and it is inlaid with Alcantara for extra durability and a luxurious finish.

Should your order already be in transit and you experience issues, we recommend reaching out to the postal service directly, as we do not have control over packages once they have been handed over to the post office.
For purchases made outside the US, you may be required to pay customs fees, which vary by destination. We do not have control over these charges and cannot provide information about them. If you choose not to pay your customs fees, your order may be destroyed or abandoned by customs officers, and we will be unable to provide a refund for your order.
Returns
Within the United States: We offer free returns within 30 days of the item’s ship date.
International Customers: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item’s delivery date. Please note that we are currently unable to provide return labels for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be permanently on sale.
