Alcantara® is an Italian‑engineered material — tactile, refined, and distinctive the moment you pick it up. It is the material Ferrari, Lamborghini, and McLaren chose for their interiors. Not a fabric. Not leather. Something proprietary, built to a standard those brands demanded.

It looks familiar because the texture is close to suede. But it is stain‑resistant, carbon‑neutral certified, and built to hold its character through daily use in a way suede cannot.

Alcantara® is engineered to resist dirt and stains — a damp cloth handles most things. With heavy use, some oil buildup can appear around the edges over time. An alcohol pad clears it without affecting the surface.

Yes — initials, a name, a word, or a custom logo. Laser‑engraved directly into the Alcantara®, complimentary on every piece. Add text on the product page or email us at concierge@luriax.com for logo requests. Personalized pieces take an additional 2 business days to fulfill.

Alcantara® is carbon‑neutral certified and not animal‑derived. Every order ships carbon‑neutral through actual carbon removal — not offsets — verified by scientists at Carbon Direct. Our packaging contains no plastic. And every purchase plants a tree in Madagascar through Eden Reforestation Projects.

Your order.

We process orders quickly — reach out to concierge@luriax.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, our 30‑day return policy applies.

That is on us. Email concierge@luriax.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or offer store credit promptly. All products are insured up to the value of your purchase.

No password needed. Click the account icon, enter the email connected to your purchase, and we will send a one‑time login code. From your account you can track orders and initiate returns.

Every Luriax piece carries a 2‑year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something is not right with the craftsmanship, we will make it right.

Getting it to you.

Orders are processed within 1‑2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend ship the following Monday. Personalized pieces take an additional 2 business days to fulfill.

Yes — Luriax ships worldwide. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP) — no unexpected fees on arrival. Customs clearance may extend delivery beyond the estimated window.

If an international order goes unclaimed, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to resolve — unclaimed orders cannot be refunded or returned.

Check with neighbours, building management, or nearby spots where a carrier might leave a package. If you still cannot locate it after 4 business days, email concierge@luriax.com with your order number. All products are insured — in cases of loss in transit we will replace the item or offer store credit.

We are not responsible for parcels lost after confirmed delivery. If stolen, contact your local post office and file a claim with your homeowner's or renter's insurance.

No questions.

30 days from delivery. Unused, in its original condition and packaging — we will take it back. U.S. returns are free with a prepaid label or QR code. Personalized items and permanent sale pieces are not eligible.

  1. Log into your account using the email connected to your purchase. No password needed — we send a one‑time code.
  2. Select the item and submit your return request.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid label with instructions.

Allow 2‑3 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.
