Thank you for choosing Luriax. If you’re here, it likely means your product isn’t working as expected, and we’re here to help. We appreciate your trust in giving it a second chance, and we are committed to making things right.
Our Warranty
At Luriax, we prioritize design and quality above all else. We use the finest, most durable materials to ensure our products last as long as possible. We provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery on all Luriax products. This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modifications, accidents such as dropping the product, or failure to follow usage instructions.
Please note that this warranty does not extend to personal property, such as smartphones, headphones, or other devices that may be damaged in connection with using our products. Luriax is not responsible for the repair or replacement of third-party devices or accessories.
What is Covered?
All items purchased directly from Luriax or authorized Luriax resellers are covered under the warranty. Items purchased from the Luriax Outlet Sale program are also covered by the 2-year warranty.
What is Not Covered?
Damage to Luriax products resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, installation or removal, or modifications is not covered under this warranty. Furthermore, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, and this warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of personal property, including electronic devices. Products that were not purchased from an authorized Luriax reseller are also not covered under this warranty.
Submitting a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow the instructions provided here. Ensure that you provide proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the defect.
What if I’m Outside the Warranty Window?
If your purchase falls outside the 2-year warranty period, we are still happy to assist. Contact us at support@luriax.com, and our team will work with you to explore available options.
