A clear image or short video (max 10MB) showing the issue. The more clearly the defect is visible, the faster we can process your claim.

Order number

Your Luriax order number from your confirmation email. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, your proof of purchase works too.

Brief description

A short note on what the issue is and when you first noticed it. No need to write an essay, just enough context for our team.

  1. Gather your photos or video, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Email everything to concierge@luriax.com with the subject line Warranty Claim — [your order number].

  3. We'll review your claim and follow up via email with next steps.


After you send it

What happens next.

Review

Our team reviews your claim and may follow up with a few questions or additional troubleshooting steps if needed.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Return shipping, if required, is covered by Luriax.
