Order Processing

Address Issues
It’s important to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Any additional shipping charges due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility. In the event that a package is lost due to address issues, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Package Security
Buyers are responsible for providing a secure location for package delivery. While all packages are insured, theft after delivery is not covered. If your package is stolen, you will need to file a claim with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance and report the theft to the police.

I have a tracking number, but the shipment hasn't moved in a while.
If your tracking information has been stuck in the 'Pre-shipment' phase for over 3 business days, please contact our team for assistance through the Help Center or at support@luriax.com.
If your order was moving but now seems stuck, please allow a few additional business days for updates to be reflected on the tracking page. While we’re happy to help, we have access to the same tracking information as you. It might be helpful to reach out to the carrier directly. My tracking number was canceled.
If your tracking number has been canceled, it’s possible that our team needed to void the original number and assign a new one.
If there hasn’t been an update within 24 hours, please get in touch with our team at support@luriax.com to receive updated tracking details.
My tracking information says the package was delivered, but I can't find it.
First, make sure your shipping address in the confirmation email is accurate. Then, check for updates on the carrier’s website. If the package is still missing, check with your neighbors, building management, or nearby surroundings.
Please note that Luriax will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit or missing shipments. Refunds for missing packages are issued at the discretion of Luriax.

Yes, you can personalize your product with text or a custom logo in any language. Logos must be provided in black, as our laser printing process cannot reproduce colors.

Any unused item, still in its original condition (no marks, scratches, or signs of wear) and in its original packaging with all included accessories, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Please note, the shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable. Items that have been used, customized, or are missing their original packaging cannot be returned.

- The item must not have been purchased at a permanent sale price.
- The item must have been purchased directly from LURIAX.
United States Returns
For U.S. returns, returns are free within 30 days of the item's delivery date. A prepaid return label or QR code will be provided for your convenience.
How to Start a Return:
- Log into your account using the email address connected to your purchase.
- Select the item you wish to return and submit your return request.
- Upon approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return label with step-by-step return instructions.
Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your return for the refund or store credit to be processed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item quickly, begin by initiating a return for the item you’d like to replace. Once we accept the return, you can place a new order for the replacement. You’ll receive a full refund for the returned item once it arrives. This ensures a quicker, hassle-free exchange process, with your new item shipped as soon as possible.
International Returns
For orders placed outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide a return shipping label. We recommend selecting a shipping method that offers tracking to avoid issues with your return.
How to Start a Return:
- Log into your account using the email associated with your order.
- Choose the item you wish to return and submit your return request.
- You’ll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to our U.S. warehouse.
Please note that international customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once your return reaches us, allow 3-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. It may take another 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Policy
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in shipping. Your refund will cover the cost of the returned items plus applicable sales tax, minus any discounts applied at checkout. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial order once we’ve received and processed your return at our warehouse. We cannot issue refunds to any other payment method.
Warranty Information
We offer a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear do not qualify for warranty coverage.
Note: If an item has been replaced under our warranty policy, it is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

Our Warranty
At Luriax, we prioritize design and quality above all else. We use the finest, most durable materials to ensure our products last as long as possible. We provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery on all Luriax products. This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modifications, accidents such as dropping the product, or failure to follow usage instructions.
Please note that this warranty does not extend to personal property, such as smartphones, headphones, or other devices that may be damaged in connection with using our products. Luriax is not responsible for the repair or replacement of third-party devices or accessories.
What is Covered?
All items purchased directly from Luriax or authorized Luriax resellers are covered under the warranty. Items purchased from the Luriax Outlet Sale program are also covered by the 2-year warranty.
What is Not Covered?
Damage to Luriax products resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, installation or removal, or modifications is not covered under this warranty. Furthermore, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, and this warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of personal property, including electronic devices. Products that were not purchased from an authorized Luriax reseller are also not covered under this warranty.
