If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order and the item(s) are unused with the original packaging intact, you may return the item(s) free of charge within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
6 month limited warranty
Our 6-month limited warranty covers pre-existing faults in materials and craftsmanship within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the conditions outlined in this limited warranty.
Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user, including accidents, improper handling, enduring excessive weight, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, abrasive surfaces, or any contact with moisture or oily substances.
Additionally, Luriax does not provide warranty coverage for the repair or replacement of smartphones, accessories, or other devices made by anyone other than Luriax.
To make a warranty claim, your order must have been processed through our official website. Along with your claim, please provide proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the manufacturing fault. Claims without proof of default will not be covered under our warranty. We encourage you to contact our dedicated Client Services specialists by emailing email@example.com with images of the specific defects.
Returning the defective product to Luriax may be required to complete the warranty process. Please note that Luriax reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.
If your warranty claim is accepted, your item will be replaced, and the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase.
The Luriax warranty is in addition to any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
