Every Luriax piece comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right with the craftsmanship, we'll make it right.
What it
covers.
All Luriax products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use, on every piece purchased directly from Luriax or an authorized Luriax seller.
This warranty covers the Luriax product itself. It does not extend to personal property, smartphones, headphones, or other devices, that may be used in connection with our products. Luriax is not responsible for the repair or replacement of third-party devices.
Manufacturing defects.
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Manufacturing faults under normal use
- All products purchased from Luriax or an authorized seller
- Valid for 2 years from the date of delivery
Wear, misuse & accidents.
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or negligence
- Accidental damage including drops
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Products not purchased from an authorized seller
- Damage to third-party devices

make a claim.
The process is straightforward. Have your proof of purchase and photos of the defect ready before you begin.
