How Do I Track My Order?

All orders may require an additional business day to process and ship, regardless of the shipping method or delivery address.
Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship on the next business day.

Look for the "Track Your Package" button in the shipping confirmation email with the subject line "Your Luriax Order Just Shipped!"

If you can't access the "Track Your Package" button, no worries! Simply scroll down and click on the tracking number. This will direct you to the carrier's tracking link.

On Our Website

You can find "Track My Order" at the footer of our website or simply click here to track your order. Select "Track and manage my orders" and sign in to your Luriax account using your email address or phone number. From there, you can view your order's status and tracking information.
