We are confident your LURIAX product will be a quality companion. 

Return policy


If you are not totally satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned for free within 30 days of the item’s ship date, if you are located in the US.  


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and you are outside of the U.S. don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of the item's delivery date. Unfortunately we are not able to create international return labels, we kindly ask you to pay for the most economical method for return shipping.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be NOT personalized, unused, and in the original packaging and not be permanently on sale and or purchased from The Outlet.


Under no circumstances will personalized or customized products be accepted for return due to a change of mind. We do not refund or exchange.


Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


If your product is deemed a manufacturing fault, Luriax will replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be a manufacturing fault.  If your LURIAX product is defective or have some other issues, please refer to our 6 month warranty.


To lodge a return you will need to fill the form here to obtain a Returns Authorization number. Once you have received your Returns Authorization number you will then need to use the return label to ship the package back to us.


Incorrect purchase or change of mind


LURIAX will not change any Personalization and aren't liable for incorrectly placed orders. 

Once an order has been finalized on our website, we’re unable to amend your order under any circumstances or cancel your order as we process your orders very quickly. Our system doesn't have a cancellation cool-off period.

We ask you to confirm your order before finalizing your payment.



LURIAX only provide a refund on non personalized items and approved by the Client Services specialists and must be sent within 14 days of delivery acceptance.

We do not refund, return or exchange personalized products. 

Lost in Transit/Damaged


If your product is lost in transit or damaged during transport, it is up to LURIAX discretion to potentially replace or offer a store credit for your product as a goodwill gesture.

LURIAX is not liable in any way for lost or missing parcels by your local postal service.
