What's
eligible.
Any unused item in its original condition, no marks, scratches, or signs of wear, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Original packaging and included accessories must be intact. Personalized or customized pieces cannot be returned. The item must have been purchased directly from Luriax or an authorized Luriax seller.
Starting a
U.S. return.
Return shipping is complimentary. A prepaid label or QR code will be provided once your return is approved. Allow 2–3 business days after we receive your return for the refund or store credit to be processed.

Swapping
for something else.
To exchange an item, start by initiating a return for the piece you'd like to replace. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement — your new item ships as soon as possible. A full refund for the returned piece is issued once it arrives back with us.
For wrong item or defective product issues, reach out directly at concierge@luriax.com and we'll sort it from there.
International
returns.
For orders placed outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method. Allow 3–7 business days after we receive your return for processing, plus an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

The fine print,
plainly stated.
Refunds cover the returned item plus applicable sales tax, minus any discounts applied at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, we cannot redirect to a different one. Once an item has been replaced, it is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
Every Luriax piece is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. If something isn't right with the craftsmanship, reach out and we'll take care of it.
